How long until my order ships?

Usually within 1-2 business days - most orders get packed up same day or next. Orders after 2:00 PM Eastern head out the next day.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from the day your piece is delivered. Send it back in the condition it arrived and we'll refund your original payment method within about 3 business days of it getting back to us. The fine print lives on our Returns & Refunds page.

Do you accept exchanges?

No - when everything is one of a kind, there's rarely a twin to swap in! If a piece isn't right, send it back for a refund and grab whatever else catches your eye.

How much is shipping?

Whatever the carrier actually charges for your address - you'll see the exact price at checkout before you pay. No markup, no handling fees.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We're in Denton, Maryland. Choose local pickup at checkout and we'll arrange a time and place.

Are your items really vintage or antique?

That's the whole point of the shop! Everything here is genuinely old or secondhand. Chips, crazing, patina - if a piece has them, they're in the photos and the description. No surprises.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Stripe handles the payment itself - your card number never touches our hands.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us photos of the piece and the packaging right away. We'll file the carrier claim and make it right.
