Our promise

Every piece at Wildflowers & Dusty Relics is a one-of-a-kind find, and we want you to love it in person as much as you did on screen. If something isn’t right, here’s exactly how returns work.

Return window

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. To be eligible, items must be in new and slightly used condition, in the state you received them.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and the item you’d like to return - we’ll confirm eligibility and give you the return address and instructions. Returns are sent by mail.

Return shipping & fees

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. A restocking fee of $10 applies to returned items. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can only refund items that arrive back to us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different piece, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Where this policy applies

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States. Local pickup orders may also be returned under the same window and conditions.
